FINIS
This Sub-Page certainly does not qualify as an end-of-life happening, as much as its title of “LAST WORD” might seem to imply. And, I certainly do not anticipate any divine happenings. Currently, there seems to be no end to these and many other grim prognostications.
Putting aside my current NATIONAL HEALTH Proposal’s preoccupation to redirect our “feverish” times, I would be remiss in not expressing my own spiritual connection to the ultimate question for our human existence: “WHY?” Simply put, my basic answer is: “to resurrect our care for and about each other” and to accept that the full context for any answer may not be humanly knowable. The word Faith applies to these interconnections, not in reference to the expression of any specific religious tradition, but in reference to a timeless acknowledgment that the interconnection is real. Most succinctly, the NATIONAL HEALTH Proposal ultimately represents a perpetually renewing ethereal cluster.
The historically tumultuous, human endeavor that has evolved over time in every community also leads me to why-ask-why? To avoid a disabling resignation that might occur from considering this conundrum, it is likely that we achieve sutainable solace, dignity, and humor by our commitment to “take care of each other.” And, in doing so from within communities of action, we will eventually achieve an awareness that the ultimate Human Capability for every person’s survival is derived from *our caring relationships, *our spiritual connection with eternity, and our *Faith in the ethereal interconnection between light, life, and love.
To witness a newborn child, a sunrise, a clump of blooming daffodils in the spring, or the waves on the oceanic coast of Maine, we invigorate each other’s human experience and its timeless beauty. This human experience and its world-wide survival will probably be ultimately driven by our driven commitment to form communities of action, as in families, extended families, neighbors, and communities.
The social and political complexities of our times should not deter us from this commitment. I am reminded that the United Nations projects the worldwide population to increase from 7.0 billion in 2012 to 9.6 billion in 2050. The complexity posed by climate change only further magnifies the future complexities of each person’s survival. Life, as we know it, faces unimaginable future dangers. We must energize our commitment to the Common Good. (Raskin 2020)

AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY
For this blog, I have attempted to identify the significant professional career events that led to my commitment to start in 2008 and still sustain it in 2020.
intellectual PROPERTY
The sources and inspiration for this Blog are multiple and most likely the result of coincidental connections and the resultant patterns of a progressively evolving effort to refine and test them as real possibilities. Tragically, the complexities underlying the origins for population HEALTH and its interactions with our health care industry are most likely described as a “Tragedy Of The Commons” as initially expressed by Clifford Hardin long ago (Hardin 1957).
HAPPINESS
“Something needed or wanted” might apply. Two poems each represent the considerations for defining a well-lived life. The pace of their phrases has its own harmony and expresses an underlying awareness of hope. Happiness, harmony, and hope serve the psyche well. This Sub-Page presents a finishing sentiment for the NATIONAL HEALTH Proposal and its commitment to renew the humanitarian mandate of Human Dignity as the most important enduring priority for the reform of our nation’s Population Health and its Healthcare. — 3 —
